You can respond to your team member with “check Asana” or copy and paste the link to your My Tasks view in your email back to them.

In this tutorial, I will show you a quick and easy way to view a team member’s tasks in Asana. Watch the video and follow along with the guide.

Key things to keep in mind:

  • The team member must be logged into their Asana account to see your list of tasks.

  • You and your team members can only see the public tasks of each other.

Option #1: Provide the link to your Asana My Tasks to the Team Member

  • Log in to Asana.

  • Click the My Tasks pane to view your own tasks.

  • Copy the link in your browser address bar and paste in your email response.

Option 2: Search for the Team Member's Name

  • In the search bar at the top right-hand corner, type the team member's name or email address.

  • Click on the team member’s name to open their My Tasks list.

Say no to inbox clutter and yes to maximum productivity using Asana My Tasks view to find out what’s on your team's schedule for the day.
