Ufuoma Ogaga, CNAP, MAFM, MHRM, is the founder of Goshen Accounting Services and a trusted CFO for clients. She has over fifteen years of experience building financial infrastructure for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.
As controller and operations manager at several nonprofits before founding Goshen, she developed a deeper expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources management. Her achievements included reducing clients' deficits, growing revenue from $200,000 to $1 million within two years of operations through strategic revenue diversification; managing million-dollar budgets for clients; and implementing cash flow strategies that sustained organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic and economic downturns.
In 2014, Ufuoma established Goshen Accounting Services to provide specialized financial services to underrepresented nonprofits and mental health practices nationwide. The firm has transformed over 200+ organizations, secured over $20 million in federal, state, and foundation grants for clients, managed financial crises, overseen executive leadership transitions, and developed governance policies.
Ufuoma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
She is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP), an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a member of the Intuit Global Trainer/Writer Network, and a Top 100 Insightful Accountant ProAdvisor. She has spoken at QuickBooks Connect, Scaling New Heights, and nonprofit conferences nationwide, and her QuickBooks tutorials for nonprofits have accumulated over 50,000 views.
